Saturday, August 10 9a-6p EST Join us for an exhilarating adventure down Flo-Ryan, Citrus Tech, Summer School, Blue Jay Picnic or soar up Magic Carpet. This one-day Women's Mountain Bike Progression Session is crafted for those eager to elevate their riding skills and boost their confidence to new heights. Get ready for a transformative experience! Our guides will break down each feature, demonstrate techniques and offer personalized guidance. Each practice run is followed by immediate feedback, video replays and a chance to perfect your skills. What we'll Cover: • Body Position & Balance • Bike/Body Separation • Braking & Cornering • Drops & Intro to Jumps • Rock Rolls & Rock Gardens • Generating Flow through Pumping We intend to spend most of our time learning on the trail. Note: This session is tailored for intermediate riders. If you're aiming for advanced maneuvers like gap-jumps, doubles or drops over 5 feet, this might not be the best fit for you. We'll be riding the stunning trails of Copper Harbor Trails Club - East Bluff Bike Park Trails. Gear Up! • Helmet and dropper post or quick-release adjustable seat post are required. • Flat pedals, full face helmet and pads are highly recommended for your safety. Unleash your potential and join us for an unforgettable day of mountain biking excitement! We ride rain or shine.
